Stow Inspire CIC is a community-led organisation creating opportunities for women, girls, children and young people from underserved and disadvantaged communities.
Creating Opportunities for Change
We recognise that inequality can affect people's access to education, confidence, networks, skills, employment and opportunities to fulfil their potential.
Our work responds to these barriers through education, personal development, mentoring, confidence-building, leadership, skills development, wellbeing and community programmes.
Women and girls remain at the heart of our work, alongside children and young people experiencing social, economic or educational disadvantage.
Listening to Our Community
Our work has developed by listening to the people and communities we work alongside.
We listen to women, girls, young people, families, schools and community partners to understand the challenges people experience and the opportunities they want to see.
Their experiences and feedback help shape how our programmes are designed, delivered and improved.

More accessible spaces and opportunities for underserved communities, including Bengali and Pakistani women.
This listening has helped us adapt our work and focus our resources where we believe they can make a meaningful difference.
Developing Our Work
As part of this learning, we:
- Refocused our confidence-building work towards young people aged 13–16.
- Developed and piloted ACTIVATE – Brave Futures, a six-session programme for Year Groups 8–10 in a girls' school.
- Established a Black and Asian Led Organisations Alliance.
- Began exploring how we can provide better support and opportunities for disadvantaged women from Asian communities.
