ACTIVATE – Brave Futures is Stow Inspire's personal development and leadership programme for girls and young women.
The programme creates a safe space for girls to explore confidence, identity, relationships, healthy boundaries, aspirations, leadership and their future.

Through engaging activities, conversations and reflection, participants are encouraged to think about their relationships, aspirations, leadership and future opportunities.

Learning Beyond the Classroom
ACTIVATE combines facilitated sessions, reflection, mentoring, inspirational speakers and opportunities to experience the world beyond the classroom.
Participants are encouraged to recognise their strengths, develop their voice and imagine what is possible.

Programme Development
Following feedback from young people and our wider community, Stow Inspire focused its confidence-building work on the 13–16 age group.
ACTIVATE – Brave Futures was developed and piloted for Year Groups 8–10 in a girls' school, creating a programme shaped around the needs and experiences of young women at this important stage of their development.
